Ronald and Eric jointly in charge of Talent&Pro

Utrecht, May 8, 2024 – Talent&Pro will have a new executive board as of June 1, 2024. Current director Steven Raaijmakers has been with Talent&Pro for 10 years, serving as the general director for over 2.5 years. He is now passing the torch to Ronald Hensen and Eric van Diest. In the role of Managing Director, they will jointly lead the company.

Steven Raaijmakers will take a sabbatical. “After my time at Talent&Pro, I look forward to a period of reflection and reorientation. I plan to take the time to pursue my passions and explore where I will deploy my talents in new challenges. Whether it’s consultancy, volunteer work, or perhaps even starting something new, I am open to the opportunities that arise and am excited to discover new paths.”

Internal succession

Ronald and Eric have been successfully working together in Talent&Pro’s management for many years. Therefore, it was chosen to continue this combination. Both will act as Managing Directors. Ronald will be responsible for Finance, HR, and Sales, while Eric will oversee Operations and Marketing.

Both Ronald and Eric have built impressive track records within Talent&Pro. Ronald started nearly 20 years ago as a consultant and progressed to the executive team, where he was already responsible for sales. Eric has been with Talent&Pro for 10 years and has been managing the operations departments for several years. Since 2019, he has been part of the executive team.
