Kirsten de Vries, the new CEO of Triple A – Risk Finance
Consultancy firm Triple A – Risk Finance (Triple A), specialized in risk and actuarial issues, has appointed a new CEO as of May 1st. Kirsten de Vries takes over from Roel van Besouw, who, after eighteen years, transitions to the parent company Redmore, where he will join the management team full-time.
Continuation of current strategic course with a focus on entrepreneurship and quality
With this appointment, Triple A opts to keep leadership in-house. Kirsten de Vries has been with Triple A for seventeen years in various roles. Currently, as a Partner, she is responsible for the ‘life practice’ within the Insurance business line.
Kirsten: “This is a great opportunity for me, and I feel honored to lead the company where I have been working with pleasure for many years. I am excited to further strengthen and expand the foundation we have built together with my colleagues. We will continue to respond to current themes to best serve our clients, with continuous attention to the development of our colleagues.”
Roel: “Since the establishment of Triple A in 2006, we have focused on entrepreneurship and quality. Examples of this in recent years include services related to the Future Pension Act (Wet Toekomst Pensioen), the expansion of the Banking business line, and the establishment of offices abroad. We recently opened our office in Germany. I am confident that Kirsten, as CEO, together with the rest of the management team, will continue this entrepreneurship for the benefit of our clients and colleagues.”
