House of Redmore is available to financial and business service providers and governments who want to get on, accelerate and deliver results. This page details how we work within House of Redmore and all of its subsidiaries, acting under: Redmore Solutions, Redmore Interim, Talent&Pro, House of Bèta, CTRL-F, Triple A – Risk Finance, Profource, Finalise, ITDS Netherlands, Delaware (United States), Polen and Portugal, Vialegis and Agium (collectively House of Redmore) deal with Compliance and what certifications and licenses we have within the group.

Licenses and Certificates

House of Redmore and its affiliates provide their services with care, quality and the adequate measures to avoid risks. Triple A – Risk Finance, ITDS Netherlands and Talent&Pro are FSQS-NL certified and assessed by Hellios.

Within House of Redmore, there is an Ecovadis certification. Each boutique carries out its own assessment on this and therefore receives its own rating on this. House of Redmore’s carbon footprint is assessed by Sirsa. This is to reduce our carbon footprint in various areas (1,2 and 3 ) and to implement expert-led CO2 reduction strategies.

Triple A – Risk Finance and Redmore Solutions have AFM licenses to perform and advise on financial services. The financial departments employ management measures to recognize unusual transactions in line with the WWFT (The Dutch Anti-Money Laundry and Financing of Terrorism act).

A quality management system within Profource ensures that products and services are delivered systematically and with a reliable process that meets customer requirements and complies with relevant laws and regulations. Profource is ISO9001 certified.

A thorough management system within House of Redmore ensures that we comply with Environmental laws and regulations and pursue internal climate and Environmental objectives. House of Redmore’s basic principle is that we minimize our impact on the environment during the performance of our work through various management measures. House of Redmore is ISO14001 certified in the Netherlands.

House of Redmore has a Data Protection & Privacy policy in line with the AVG. A sound management system ensures control of information security risks and having appropriate technical and organizational measures in place.Triple A – Risk Finance, Talent&Pro and Redmore Solutions are ISO 27001 certified.

Through a comprehensive survey of employees that they complete voluntarily and anonymously, the results are reviewed through GPTW as an independent organization. This review takes place annually. Topics such as trust, pride and camaraderie are evaluated through the survey. ITDS Poland and Agium are certified as Great Place to Work (GPTW).

Talent&Pro, Agium and Redmore Interim are NEN 4400 certified. This certification focuses on hirer liability and includes requirements on sales tax, payroll taxes and employee records. This is expressed through policies on principles of fair recruitment, selection and matching of candidates through which they demonstrably distance themselves from discrimination. In addition, no payrolling is offered and employees are never made available to a client on an exclusive basis.

Compliance Appendix

House of Redmore will ensure thorough (technical) security and integrity of its business operations when performing their services. In this, House of Redmore uses enthusiastic consultants with the right knowledge and skills and the right professional attitude. The Compliance Annex describes how we deal with Compliance within House of Redmore and what certifications and permits we have within the group. If required, we can share the relevant appendix with you.

Resilience plan

A central incident procedure is maintained within House of Redmore, a procedure that describes how to deal with (potential) incidents and reports of (suspected) wrongdoing. In addition to this, House of Redmore has a Resilience Plan. This plan is a combined Business Continuity Plan, Disaster Recovery Plan and Crisis Communication plan, which sets out the steps House of Redmore takes to ensure that business operations and services can be continued as quickly as possible and the emergency is quickly restored and carefully managed.
