This was followed ten years later by Paula’s Choice Europe, a subsidiary that has been growing at 100% for several years. The European team worked with multiple systems, which meant that they were losing a lot of valuable time on various processes. The bookkeeping was still being done in Excel. Having chosen NetSuite, Paula’s Choice wanted its efficient implementation. Additional challenge: the web shop had to stay open 24/7. Within three months, Paula’s Choice was able to switch to NetSuite without being offline for even a minute. Although the foundations were in place, this was only the beginning. We have expanded this system step by step with new functionalities.
Paula’s Choice was able to start using the platform as soon as it had been delivered. Real-time information about stock discrepancies and transport costs, among other things, has improved the logistics processes enormously. What’s more, everyone knows exactly how Paula’s Choice is doing at any given time, which means that KPIs can be managed more accurately. Thanks to NetSuite, Paula’s Choice is poised to continue growing at 100% per year (or more!). With advice on and implementation of new features, Profource continues to ensure maximum performance.
